Rates, Booking and Payment - The Whole House
Low Season (from 8th January 2011 to 23rd April 2011, and from 29th October 2011 to 24th December 2011)
€1000 per week.
Mid Season (from 23rd April 2011 to 2nd July 2011, and from 3rd September 2011 to 29th October 2011)
€1600 per week.
High Season (from 2rd July to 3th September 2011 and from December 23rd 2011 to Monday 2nd January 2012)

The house is normally rented weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Please enquire if you require a different start or finish day.
Should your booking straddle high and low season, the price will be a pro rata combination of the two prices.
What is included:
- Sheets, bedding and towels
- water, electricity, pool maintenance, central heating in the winter
- 2mb ADSL internet connection using your own computer (connecting by either ethernet or WiFi),
- cleaning and fresh towels and sheets every Saturday
- reasonable cleaning which we carry out at the end of your stay
What is not included:
- additional cleaning during or after your stay
- additional change of sheets and towels that you may request
- wood for the fires in winter: €50 per week to help yourself to a reasonable amount from the woodstore
- telephone (please note that use of the telephone is strictly for emergencies only)
CHECK IN TIME IS FROM 4PM. Just ask if this is not convenient and we can try and help. We may not be there if you arrive before this time!
CHECK OUT TIME IS 10 AM. We will happily store your bags for later collection.
BOOKING
Please check and confirm availability before any booking or payment is made. Our contact details are in the 'Contact Us' tab in the menu to the left.
Payments can be made by French bank cheque (in euros) or by credit card online via the Paypal secure website where you can choose the items you wish to purchase.
Bookings made 31 days or more before the start of the rental:
Booking is not confirmed until a Booking Deposit €500 per week is made. Payments can be made by credit card online via Paypal by clicking on 'Booking Deposit' and selecting the number of weeks you wish to reserve. After confirmation that you have sent the deposit (by post or online), we will reserve the property for you for 5 days to allow for any delays that may occur with payments reaching us. The Outstanding Balance, (total price minus the €500 per week Booking Deposit) must be paid at least 30 days before the rental is due to start. If paying the outstanding balance by Paypal select 'High Season Outstanding Balance' or 'Low Season Outstanding Balance' as appropriate.
You may also pay in full at the time of booking if you wish; if paying by Paypal select 'High Season Full Payment' or 'Low Season Full Payment' as appropriate.
Bookings made 30 days or less before of the start of the rental:

After confirmation that you have sent the full amount (by post or online), we will reserve the property for you for 5 days to allow for any delays that may occur with payments reaching us. Payments can be made by credit card via Paypal by clicking on 'High Season Full Payment' or 'Low Season Full Payment' as appropriate.
Cancellation charges:
If you decide to cancel your booking, we will refund you according to the following scale:
- 31 days notice or more - fully refundable minus the Booking Deposit (€500)
- 30 days to 14 days notice - 50% refundable
- 13 days to 8 days notice - 25% refundable
- 7 days notice or less - non refundable
Damage Deposit
A deposit of €1000 is required to cover any damage that may be caused to the rented property by you either directly or through neglect. This deposit may be paid in advance or on your day of arrival. This sum will be refunded on the day of your departure in cash if the deposit was made by cash, by return of a deposit cheque if the deposit was made by a French bank cheque, or by paypal if the deposit was made by paypal, less any bank or paypal charges and exchange rate fluctuations (ie. we will return the amount we actually received). Deductions from the deposit will be made to cover such things as reasonable costs incurred in replacing broken objects, carrying out repairs or if further cleaning is required. If the deposit proves to be insufficient, the lessee agrees to make up the amount.
