Low Season - From Saturday 7th January to Saturday 1st April and from Saturday 28th October to Saturday 16th December; and from Saturday 6th January 2018 to Saturday 31st March 2018

€1200 per week.

Mid Season - From Saturday 1st April to Saturday 1st July, and from Saturday 2nd October to Saturday 28th October 2017

€1700 per week.

High Season - From Saturday 1st July to Saturday 2nd September and from Saturday 16th December to Saturday 6th January 2018

€2100 per week
The house is normally rented weekly from Saturday to Saturday. The exception to this may be easter or Christmas. Please enquire if you require a different start or finish day.

Should your booking straddle two seasons, the price will be a pro rata combination of the two prices.
What is included:
- Sheets, bedding and towels with spares provided should your stay be longer than a week
- water, electricity, pool maintenance, basic central heating in the winter
- 20mb ADSL internet connection (using either ethernet or WiFi- connection is not guaranteed),
- reasonable cleaning which we carry out at the end of your stay
What is not included:
- additional cleaning during or after your stay if the house is very dirty
- additional change of sheets and towels that you may request
- wood for the fires in winter: €50 / week to help yourself to a reasonable amount from the woodstore
Damage Deposit:
A deposit of €300 per week is required to cover any damage that may be caused to the rented property by you either directly or through neglect. This deposit may be paid in advance or on your day of arrival. This sum will be refunded on the day of your departure in cash if the deposit was made by cash, by return of a deposit cheque if the deposit was made by a French bank cheque, or by paypal if the deposit was made by Paypal, less any bank or paypal charges and exchange rate fluctuations. Deductions from the deposit will be made to cover such things as reasonable costs incurred in replacing broken objects, carrying out repairs or if further cleaning is required. If the deposit proves to be insufficient, the lessee agrees to make up the amount.
